Rodney Owen was recognized for his outstanding contribution at Mildred Perkins Elementary School. He is there each day to support our students and families and help them be safe as they cross the parking lot. Rain or shine, Mr. Owen is there to each day to volunteer his time and give away smiles to all.Thank you for all you do Mr. Owen!
