Congratulations to Camille Ammon, First Grade Teacher at MIldred Perkins Elementary School and Kelly Ballatore, Second Grade Teacher at Dena Boer Elementary School.

Mrs. Ammon and Mrs. Ballatore received the Stanislaus County Cradle to Career StanREADS Early Literacy Instruction Award.  

Recipients were recognized for their outstanding work in teaching reading and literacy skills to students.  The award recognizes educators who use best practices, closely monitor individual student progress and provide appropriate interventions, and build empowered students who love to read.
