Beginning at the intersection of the District’s southeastern border and the Union Pacific Railroad; thence proceeding northwesterly along the Railroad to Pelandale Ave; thence proceeding easterly along Pelandale Ave to Honey Creek Rd; thence proceeding southerly along Honey Creek Rd to Snyder Ave; thence proceeding easterly along Snyder Ave to Elmo Loop; thence proceeding northerly, easterly, and southerly along Elmo Loop to Snyder Ave; thence proceeding easterly along Snyder Ave to the District border; thence proceeding counter-clockwise along the District border to the point of beginning.
